Baptistcare Moonya on show | Baptistcare WA

Family, friends and the Manjimup community recently came together for a fun-filled open day at Baptistcare Moonya Residential Care.

Highlights of the day included tours of Baptistcare Moonya, kid’s activities, a sausage sizzle and various market stalls on display.

There was also plenty of live entertainment on offer with local performers including the Southern Forrest Dancing Group, Manjimup singers Sue and Jim Craven, and a ukulele group that regularly performs for Baptistcare Moonya residents.

Suzette Starling, Lifestyle Coordinator at Baptistcare Moonya, said everyone had a fantastic time, with residents and staff all doing their bit to make it a memorable day for visitors.

“Baptistcare Moonya is very much part of the local community and our open day was a great opportunity to bring everyone together,” Ms Starling said

“It was fantastic to have local residents, family and friends all join us for a morning of fun activities, good food and a chat.”
