When it comes to deciding who provides your care at home, you make the decisions.

If you’re unhappy with the home care you’re currently receiving, or you’re moving location, it’s easy to make the switch to Baptistcare by following these easy steps:

Book an obligation free consultation at a time that suits you by completing the form on this page, or by contacting our friendly team on 1300 660 640.

One of our home care experts will arrange to visit you at your home so we can find out more about your individual needs and answer any questions you may have.

You will need to agree on the switch date with your current service provider. They may have a set notice period before you can move your funds to another provider. They may also charge an exit fee.

You are provided with 56 days from your agreed end date to enter into a new agreement with another service provider.

Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and let them know you are switching to Baptistcare. They will reactive your referral code.

Contact our friendly team to provide us with your reactivated referral code and your agreed end date with your current service provider.

We will then work with you to design an individual package to fit your budget, needs and preferences.

Your services with Baptistcare will begin as soon as your current services have ended to ensure you have continuous care.
