We can provide support in the home in a number of ways:
- Home care packages program, which is funded by the Australian Government. You will require an ACAT assessment to be eligible for funding for your home care package. Follow the steps in How to Apply.
- Private arrangement. If you don’t wish to have an ACAT assessment, we can provide ad hoc or ongoing services at an agreed cost. Please contact our Customer Centre for more information.
- Veterans’ Home Care (VHC)– support is available to veterans and widows/ers through a referral from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA).
Irrespective of how your home services are funded, we will work with you to develop a home care plan to suit you.
