Once you have applied for a role with Baptistcare or Aurum, you will receive a response to say that we have received your application. At the conclusion of our shortlisting process, you will be notified of the outcome.
If you have been shortlisted you will be invited to attend an interview, normally held at the site that you have applied for. Baptistcare interviews are structured with our values in mind and so you should come prepared to discuss what our values might mean for them. You can read more about our values here.
We have a pre-employment medical process (PEM) in place for new candidates looking to join Baptistcare. This ensures we meet our duty of care to our employees, allowing them to work comfortably and safely.
Before we can make you an offer Baptistcare have a number of checks that need to be included such as ensuring you have a valid National police check and that references are completed. If the role you have applied for requires a minimum qualification level, you will also be asked for proof of this qualification.
All information related to your offer of employment will be available for you to view online. We encourage you to let us know if you have any questions or queries, as we hope to support you in making your decision to join Baptistcare.
