Once you have applied for a role with Baptistcare or Aurum, you will receive a response to say that we have received your application. At the conclusion of our shortlisting process, you will be notified of the outcome.
If you have been shortlisted you will be invited to attend an interview, normally held at the site that you have applied for. Baptistcare interviews are structured with our values in mind and so you should come prepared to discuss what our values might mean for them. You can read more about our values here.

Before we can make you an offer Baptistcare have a number of checks that need to be included such as ensuring you have a valid National police check and that references are completed. If the role you have applied for requires a minimum qualification level, you will also be asked for proof of this qualification.

It’s exciting starting a new job, and at Baptistcare we look forward to welcoming and supporting you as you commence your journey with us. Our induction and orientation process is positioned to provide support and guidance from day one. You will have a busy first week learning a bit more about our organisation, our values and our people. You will be introduced to your team and will undertake a mix of online and face to face induction training and orientation.
