We accept certified National Police Clearances with 12 months validity, if you don’t have a Police clearance we can apply for one on your behalf at no cost to you.

We really value your patience during the recruitment process, but do understand it can be frustrating when these things take too long. We will respond to your application once we recieve it and typically would try to start arrange interviews soon after. Depending upon availability interviews may take place 1-3 weeks after the closing date. If you need to have an update on your application at any stage of the process, we are happy to hear from you and will respond to your query.
You may apply for more than one job at once if you consider that you are able to meet the selection criteria. Once we have your application we will also review whether there are other roles that might also be suitable for you.

Yes. At Baptistcare we often have a range of vacancies to suit the evolving needs of individuals. Our job adverts will indicate whether a role is part time or full time and this will guide you in terms of current opportunities that could fit in with what you are looking for.
As personal circumstances can change from month to month, we recommend that you reapply (and submit a new application) for each role you wish to apply for.
When you apply, the job advert and job information will guide you in terms of what specific documents you may be required to attach. It does vary depending upon the role applying for, so it is worth reading the job advert carefully before applying.
For many roles, candidates will attend one interview with the hiring manager and other members of a recruitment panel. For some roles we may invite you to attend a second interview or to attend a short assessment. All details of the interview process will be provided to you. We want to support you to be your best at interview, so will respond to any questions you might have throughout the process.
We do conduct reference checks as part of our recruitment process and you will be asked to provide the details of two professional references.
We have a pre-employment medical process (PEM) in place for new candidates looking to join Baptistcare. This ensures we meet our duty of care to our employees, allowing them to work comfortably and safely.
