We are one of WA’s largest not-for-profit providers of residential care, at home services, retirement living and disability services, supporting individuals and communities in metro and regional areas for over 45 years.
At the heart of everything we do is one simple principle: we care about people.
It was this conviction that prompted members of the Baptist family of churches, concerned with the lack of accommodation and nursing facilities for the aged, to establish Baptistcare over 45 years ago. Since then, Baptistcare has grown to encompass 19 service locations and 11 residential aged care facilities across metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia.
Today our quality care is provided by over 1,200 skilled and professional employees and more than 300 volunteers who are all dedicated to transforming and enriching the lives of the people we care for.
Providing a personalised approach is at the core of how we operate. We know everyone is different, which is why it’s important for us to get to know you. It’s your life, so we want to know how you want to live it.
We want you to enjoy life to the full, so we are always looking for ways to keep you active and connected to the community, via our team of professionals and service partners.
We welcome people of all beliefs
Our Christian values are at the heart of everything we do. We value every person we care for and every colleague we work alongside. It is this ethos that drives us to help you to achieve your goals and overcome challenges.
Although we are a Christian-based organisation, we welcome people of all beliefs. Our overriding commitment is to serve, irrespective of religion, culture or language.
We embrace change
We provide a voice for you by advocating on your behalf to support action that can provide positive outcomes for you and your family.
We are always looking for ‘a better way’. Like any large organisation, we know positive change starts with us, so we constantly review and adjust our services to better meet your needs.
After all, we’re here for you!
