William Carey Court, Busselton

Situated in the popular holiday destination of Busselton, south of Perth, William Carey Court retirement village for people aged 60 and over, is close to local attractions including Geographe Bay, Mandalay Beach, and the Dunsborough Lakes Resort Golf Course. Residents are also near the cafes, theatres and other recreational facilities in town.

The retirement village contains 19 villa style homes and is ideally located adjacent to a state of the art aged care facility. Each villa is single storey, and features two bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. In addition, each villa has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a private courtyard as well as security to give residents peace of mind. Residents also have access to a private lockable storeroom and undercover parking.

There is a strong sense of community and companionship at William Carey Court. Residents continue to engage in their regular lifestyle activities including entertaining, shopping and gardening without having to worry about maintenance or repairs which are taken care of as part of the services of the village. In the community centre, residents are able to engage in social activities, with access to a meeting room, lounge area, kitchen, library, outdoor barbeque and alfresco area.
