What Options are Available?

Our trained counsellors are located north and south of the river as well as at our Welshpool office and can offer counselling services for ;

  • Marital and family relationship problems
  • Conflict resolution and mediation
  • Addiction
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss

Everything you say to a counsellor is strictly confidential.

Sessions are usually 50 mins hour long, and they may be weekly or fortnightly. The number of sessions is worked out between the counsellor and the client.

Complimentary Referral Service

If you live outside the metro area, we can:

  • work to link you up with a counsellor nearby
  • arrange phone counselling
  • make an appointment if you are visiting the metro area.
