The two-story, 110 bed Gracewood, Baptistcare's newest aged care facility, has now been completed and is accepting new residents.
Gracewood offers high and low care single-room, ensuite accommodation as well as respite beds.

Gracewood Village was the first facility for Baptistcare back in 1975. Located near the Canning River, the facility provides graduated care with Retirement Units and low and high care beds. Beautifully landscaped gardens create a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Students from nearby Aquinas College make regular visits to residents through their community program.
Riverside Salter Point, the Retirement apartments at the base of the Gracewood development site, are stylish and modern, nestled amongst the glorious Canning River in the leafy surrounds of Salter Point. The first stage of the development features 81 two and three bedroom apartment style homes. The project will eventually incorporate 137 retirement homes and a Community Centre due for completion in 2010.
