Employee Assistance Program
Pathways Counselling & Family Services offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to businesses, corporations and organisations that provides counselling and coaching support to address personal, professional and work and life balance issues.
Personal problems can have a serious effect on the work performance and safety of staff members, colleagues, and clients. Although not work-related, marital conflicts, family violence, bereavement, supporting family members who have a chronic illness, alcohol or drug problems or financial and legal concerns, can all impact on a person’s work performance and as a result directly impact on the safety and productivity of a workplace. The service is confidential and cost-effective.

What services does Pathways provide through EAP?
Counselling
Employees may receive counselling on a range of personal or work related issues or other matters as referred by Management. Normally the employer would pay for at least three counselling sessions.
Organisational Support
Training courses are available to employees, including management, on a range of subjects related to personal growth.
Critical Incident Response
Individual or group counselling and de-briefings are available for critical incidents and other situations such as grief and loss.
